On my tearduct?

What is that ?

Im waiting on drops for my eye- cant get them pharmacy had ran out! Both eyes swollen and itchy but left eye has this whitehead on the tearduct!

It so itchy. My eyes are always like that but never had the little whitehead before x

Ps thanks CD ive had on rim before but this is in my eye on my tearduct! Most likely same thing - yuck x
