Yep I did as Im the worlds worst nervous flyer, they didnt work for me and I still had a panic attack in the air which was no fun for anyone nor me!
Then a nurse friend of mine prescribed LOPRAZOLAM (spelt very similar so be careful) and these are tiny white tablets (size of a saccharin/sweetner) which you can just chew one or two a couple of hours before you fly and they are fantastic, they make you very very relaxed and calm and I slept most of the flight - perfection. :)

Oh no p_p hope half a tablet will enough to at least have some sort of calming effect
I have known people on lorazepam, is difficult to tell how effective though. It does seem to have some anti-nausea effect too
You will be absolutely fine they really relax you I have had them lots before MRI Scans colonoscopy and endoscopy I take 4 1mg tablets the night before 2 in the morning and 4 an hour before the procedure and I am completely out of it but that is 10 times what you have to take. You will be relaxed and happy
