still feeling really edgy but staying in and going out and coming back to the flat and even putting the lights on for a bit at a time. I went to see my GP and he wants me to take citalopram. It was really good of my dad to go and see this guy upstairs. For such a trivial incident it has caused a huge problem I am going to be much nicer to people in the future

So glad you have spoken to the GP, take it a day at a time , you have done well today.
Good for you, gordie. Sometimes, the first step is the hardest, and you have taken it today. Keep in touch with your GP, who I am sure will be very keen to know how you are coping.
Keep in touch with your AB friends too.
Good for you, gordie. If I can give you one tip about anxiety, it's to do one thing at a time, and to take real pleasure in the things you achieve each day. It does get easier if you are in a routine.
