I have suffered in the past with a frozen shouder, this time around it feels different, I can feel a pulling sensation from the middle of my shoulderblade, to the top of my shouder, it feels like there is something tight around my bicep and pain is very bad, right to my elbow. Anybody any ideas?

thanks everyone, I'll try that....
Pain around your left shoulder blade, going down your left arm, can man that you're having a heart attack. Pain around your right shoulder blade can mean that you've ruptured your spleen. However, as you're clearly still alive and conscious, it's about a billion times more likely than either of those that it's just a pulled muscle in your back ;-)
^^^man? mean!

Thanks Buenchico, my neighbour two doors down from me, is an orthopaedic consultant - he says I've got a trapped nerve.

I agree with this part of Buenchico's answer.

Thanks sqad, could well be, I'm going for an xray later
iluv....no! no! if your neighbour is a Consultant orthopaedic surgeon, then his opinion has much greater weight than mine.

Oh Sqad, I was hoping to tell him some Doc on the Internet said it was a pulled back muscle! ;-)
