Can any of you people out there help me? I'm feeling really fat and everytime I think about it I say to myself, "Ok tomorrow is a new day, I'm not going to eat junk anymore and I'm going to go to the gym and get skinny" Tomorrow comes and i find myself saying the exact same thing. Has anyone tried weight loss patches? If so do they work?
