Has gone from 100mcg to 150 and now back down to 125 the thing is I was beginning to feel the best I have felt in ages on the 150mcg so would that not have meant I was at the right level on the 150mcg?

Same old problem.

The dose that my body tells me is right.
The dose that my blood tests tell me is right.

Your call fruitsalad.
Perhaps fruitsalad - the 125mcg will maintain your feeling well and keep things ticking over. I have been up and down with my levels, but am now on 100mcg per day and even though my T3 is not great, I do feel much better.

Mine has gone up and down like a yoyo ever since I was diagnosed with this fruitsalad .I started off on 150 mcg then they hiked it up to 200 then 225 where I was bouncing off the walls at times .
I'm now on 200 mcg and feel ok .
It's trial and error with thyroid probs .
It's such a fine line between under and overdosing you on it .

Does it ever get to the right level and stay there? It was first diagnosed 3 years ago and I had been on 100mcg for a good couple of those years then suddenly medication was raised
I was on 75mcg and 100mcg alternative days for 6 years and then last year due to stress, mine went completely off scale. I have never experienced fatigue like it.
The answer unfortunately is no. My mother has been up and down with her levels and is now 125
I don't know fruitsalad .All I know is that it's a a pain in the proverbial .I get tested every six months.Sometimes the results are under ,sometimes over
Sometimes I feel fine and other times I feel awful .I lost weight which I had put on due to the sluggishness ,then back on it went .Nightmare .It's like being on a hamster wheel :)
i have been on it for 13 years and have been stable for about 8 years have leveled at 175. i think it does settle eventually.
