Coliac/Celiac Disease - Diet

Hello all, My Granddaughter,3, has been diagnosed as allergic to Gluten, Rice Maize, Eggs and 'processed' cheese, although not unprocessed dairy. Anyone know of a site/organisation(UK based) who may be able to give advice. We live in a small town in Spain that does not have medical care above GP level so any info would be welcome, thank you for your attention ,

Thanks,headwreck, the trouble with a lot of these sites is that they tell you about substituting (?) rice flour or maize/corn flower instead of wheat/barley/rye etc. unfortunately the we lamb is allergic to them as well. I'll have another look at the site you have suggested and send them an email to see if they can help, thanks again for your answer ,we're pulling hairs here!!

Hi,all, further to my past post, does anyone have a bread recipe not using wheat,rye,barley,oat flours or rice flour,cornflour,soya or egg,I can get millet flour and tapioca flour but need some sort of 'binder', any replies much appreciated
