I would lay off the diet pepsi if I were you, even diet drinks are full of calories and will rot your teeth.

Question Author
daffy diet pepsi has less than 3 calories per can, i have perfect teeth there is no sugar just artificial sweetener in diet pepsi but still it isn't the healthiest of drinks i know

Joanne, I don't think that stature has anything to do with it. If you exercise, work in a warm humid atmosphere, you just tend to drink more.
[i]i have no history of ill health & am currently well[i]
That is the bottom line.

I can't believe that some of you are suggesting that a person's astrological sign has something to do with the amount of fluid they drink! what a load of codswallop.

daffy.......LOL

its not the sugar in diet drinks, that does the damage as there isn't any, its the acid and possibly the caffeine. In all seriousness, high consumption of drinks with phosphoric acid in has been implicated in osteoporosis in later life. All that OJ and Diet cola is quite a lot of acid!

|
sorry, I was behaving like your granny :-)

Lots of artificial sweetners aren't good for you either and orange juice is full of sugar too.
I drink loads, drink cordial (no sugar ones) by the pint glass and feel dehydrated very quickly. I drink a fair bit of coffee too so need to balance it out as that can dehydrate you.

Daffy, mumbo jumbo is still alive and well and living in modern Britain. My pisces reference was hopefully ironic.

I think it's down to the individual. I drink around 2 litres of water and 1 or 2 tins of pepsi max a day which is fine for me. I went through a phase off drinking too much water though. I would end up with a sore stomach and a feeling of lightheadedness. Could have ended much more seriously.
