Two problems...

Whilst on my third day of holiday in Italy last week I felt sick
All day long and had stomach ache like a butterfly feeling in
My stomach. It lasted all day and I could barely eat. It went away for
Two days but then came back for a day only again. I've now been back since
Monday and it's happened another two times... I didn't drink the water out there and I have mucus in my stools and a fishy smell
Coming from there ? Any Ideas? I thought I could be pregnant ? Have not done a test yet. Also, my boyfriend has blood in his semen. It's not every time
Though? Whats that all about?

Let's take the boyfriend first.......blood on his semen......no big deal.......too much energetic sh@gging.

Now you.....mucous in stools......no big deal in the vast majority of cases. If it continue for a further week, see your GP as you will need a stool culture to exclude an infection.
