Menapause ???

Have not had a "show" for well over a year..does this mean I have gone through the M ...have had no obvious probs or bad effects...

If I remember correctly my doc told me 18 months to 2 years to be safe murray but I was very young. It might be less if you're over 50.

But seriously, murray, if you've negotiated the menopause, then well done. It really is the pits, and I wish it was over.

Sounds like it MM. I was the same - just stopped and no bad effects. No hot flushes, sweats or anything else. Count myself very lucky. "Safe"?? not too sure the time scale for this. Better safe than sorry!
