Late the week before last having just got over a cold, I suddenly started to blow my nose constantly, my "tubes" were all blocked up and I was sneezing for England. I lost count of the tissues I used .... Took a Piriton tablet at night for a few days and it's now clearing up, although still sneezing a little and blowing my nose a bit. But nothing like last week! Then, late last week, Mr. Chox started getting the same symptoms as I had, sneezing all the time, feeling miz because he was so bunged up, blowing his nose all the time ... red watery eyes. Took a Piriton last night and, lo and behold, he's feeling much better. Is there an abnormal amount of pollen in the atmosphere because of the warm weather. I don't normally get hayfever or that sort of stuff, but Mr. Chox is a h.f. suffered.

Has anyone else had this sort of things over the last couple of weeks? Any suggestions out there?

Chox.

I have had similar symptoms this past couple of weeks, runny nose all the time and bouts of sneezing. As it hasn't turned into a cold I am assuming it's hayfever or something silmilar.
you get get it off tree blossoms and bark moulds!

GP will test you if it keeps up!

i recommend sniffing eucalyptus until it does!
Could be a combination of both flu virus and hay fever. Had same symptoms and I am in Australia at moment. There is a funny virus that seems to be going round. Starts like a cold then goes fairly quickly them comes back with the runny nose streaming eyes etc. takes about two weeks to clear properly
because of the unusually warm weather the trees have been releasing pollen very early, that may be the problem!..............
