Hello all.

I am fortunate enough to still play football at 42. But just lately, I have been struggling with stiff knees, several hours later after the match.

Is there anything I can take to help this stiffness please?

I have been told Apple Cider Vinegar with a touch of Baking Soda. Is this true and if so how is it made and taken?

Thanks,

Glucosamine and cod liver oil can both be taken to help maintain suppleness in your joints.

Also, make sure you warm up and warn down and I cannot over emphasise the importance of stretching.
Ditto with the stretching - especially calves - and ankle rotation exercises . Supple ankles can take a lot of stress of the knees .
