Hi Everyone :)
I just turned 16 in June and I want to be a model in the near future. I'm currently on the shorter side of 5'9, but I want to grow 1-3 more inches. Is there any way for me to add any extra height naturally?

Are you 5'9" already or want to get there?
Eat fresh food, exercise and enjoy life. Your genes will do the rest and if your modelling company doesn't like it? What do you care more about? £100 for a day of exposure or watching your grand-daughter become a doctor in 50 years time and having a blast in the meantime?

I'm 5'9 already. I am not signed with an agency just yet but since the lowest height that most agencies accept is 5'9, I would like to get a little more of an edge with a few more inches.
I do realize what is more important down the road and I don't want to model for the rest of my life, I mean, that's just not realistic. But it's still something a really want to do.
And thanks for keeping my priorities straight!
Nice! :)
5'9" is tall enough.
Make your photo portfolio special and employ effects to add length. For instance, take a photo from the feet looking up. It's your overall look that matters. Your height won't influence it one bit if you have "it". Kate Moss is too short to be a supermodel but it never stopped her.
Like I said before, eat well, exercise and enjoy life. Your skin will show it and that's what will really sell you. Good luck.
if you have finished puberty - an you probably have at 16 - then you have no chance of getting any taller

if you believe you are still growing then perhaps regular use of a pair of gravity boots may help..but i wouldn't think you would get 3"
you can get them on ebay
