ive just let mine grow for the first time in yonks too tinkerbell, so im like you very proud at the minute.
i had a little nick on the side of one of mine today and thought the only thing to do was to peel it off, but i hadnt the heart as itd take so lonnnnng to grow back again, and like you say, would look daft too, so all i done was to gently file the area with an emery board and that did the trick and then touched it up with a bit of varnish, and all is fine now.
well done for letting them grow!
dont your hands look so much nicer without horrible bitten nails? its nice to show them off isnt it lol.
