Boots have, in their wisdom, changed the packaging for Time Delay products. Now I cannot get Time to Lift - Firming Day Moisturiser. Lady in store says it is now called Anti Wrinkle cream, but it is completely different and nothing like the original. Cannot get a satisfactory answer from anyone.

have you asked if they have any of the old product left? i bought 5 packets of time to treat - intensive restoring treatment for a pound each yesterday in leeds... theyve obviously got loads to get rid of?

I looked into the new products. There are only 2 day moisturisers that they are selling. The one you mentioned and a Time Delay - mature skin repair day cream. Which claims to rehydrate, strengthen and firm...? You could try that, it sounds more like the product you were previously using?

Hope this helps a little bit. x

Thanks Renoah for your reply. I live in Bristol and have tried all the Boots stores in and around the city. None of them have what I want. I wrote to their head office asking if they have any old stock left. They were very quick with a reply but unfortunately could not help. They tried to say the replacement (called wrinkle something) was the same stuff but in a different packaging. This is rubbish as it is nowhere near the same consistency. I'll just have to look for a suitable replacement. A pity really, as the Boots Time DelayTime to Lift Firming Day Moisturiser was really good. Even if I managed to track down a few jars, it would only be a short term solution, then I would have to think again.
