hey i am replying there to the looney 555 (should be 666) that said the child should be given the drink and then went on to say it deserved it anyway! Don't read my posts out of context!!! soz plaffan you probably are not best pleased!

its my understanding of diabetes that you can have anything you want in moderation, and as long as you balance input (food/drink) with the energy output exercise/insulin)
As a diabetic I can confirm the above as correct
