My sister is actually a size 2 and half in her shoes but I am trying to find a pair for her even in a narrow 3. I have googled but they are all coming up lowest size 4. Any help would be appreciated JJCon

Try pretty small shoes. Expensive though.

If it's flats or trainers, try looking at childrens shoes which go up to a size 3.
