I wouldn't. some of mine aren't my own, they'd stay a different colour
I don't know but by far the most effective tooth whitening is to buy normal hydrogen peroxide 6% from the chemist dilute it and use it as a mouthwash- works better than any tooth whitening product and costs about 50p. I have known actors who paint their teeth with it (avoid your skin and gums) but be careful not to get it on your gums as they go white for half an hour;-)

Dont fancy using peroxide was told not to
''use it as a mouthwash''

''be careful not to get it on your gums''

?
Snags- use it diluted as a mouthwash- don't get it on your gums if you paint your teeth with neat 6%- and most whiteners contains peroxide- it's what makes em whiten:)
I presume he meant painted on undiluted.
yay I'm not mad, Ummm understood:)
I can`t see that swilling your mouth out with a peroxide solution would make your teeth white. You have to put the peroxide against your teeth for quite a while. I haven`t looked at superscrimpers but there is no cheap way to whiten your teeth. I had mine done in South Africa (because I was there and it`s cheaper). I had a proper mould made and I was given a gel to use with the mould. It was called Opelescence and it was 20% carbamide peroxide. You have to be really carefull to place the gel into the right part of the mould so that it doesn`t go onto your gums. Most of these whitening agents make your enamel more porous and then the teeth can become even more stained because they will absorb more stains from tea, red wine etc.

I went to the dentist and had impressions done a few weeks ago. They then make trays for you to wear for up to 2 hours per days over a two week period. You get hydrogen peroxide gel syringes to go with them. I've found it brilliant.
Sorry that link didn't show the item I intended. Try this:

That is awful, but they advised no peroxide on Superscrimpers, I would not take that any way.
