Hair appointment gone wrong

So I'm a brunette but at my hair appointment last week I opted for blonde highlights across the top. Unfortunately, the following day I discovered that there were patches of blonde and patches of brown which look very odd. Also, whilst she did the top, she didn't do the back so it's basically just the front and sides. Also, she alternated with bleach and tint. The tint has turned out ginger. So I spoke to her and she is happy to resolve the problems. She suggested putting in more high lights but I just think that is going to add insult to injury. What I want is to return my hair to brunette but is that even possible and presumably she is not obliged to do this because that would mean a full head tint.

Sorry, what I mean't by patches of blonde and brown was that the highlighted parts were patchy so the first few cm's of highlighted hair are blonde and then further down the hair it's brown etc.
Did she do, foils, meshes or rubber cap ? You can have a full brunette tint, with what they call frosting highlights.
It should be perfectly possible to make it all brown again
It is possible to get your hair back to brunette Bookboo, but you will need your hair tinted twice.. firstly to put a red base back in your hair.. then a warm brown to get you back to brunette. It obviously will take a while...and two more chemical process's will damage your hair..make sure she doesn't make it too dark.. and I would ask for some complimentry GOOD conditioner!!
good luck! Mrs C
