Collagen

For the past week I'm taking Peptan, collagen , I can see a diff in my skin tone already, didn't think it will show thus soon but it did!
Your body start to produce less and less collagen from the age of 30, that's part of why we feel stiff and get flabby skin as we grow older. This Peptan is a powder that I mix with water and only take it in the morning ....works for me

Good for you. I'd rather keep my skin clear with lots of water and a decent diet.
I take Collagen tablets to stop my nails splitting and it does.
