Sally Hansen is a good make, I always get their nail and cuticle cream, you could try this, it isn't a polish but a strengthener:

Sorry, in case you can't open the link, its called Sally Hansen Miracle Nail Thickener - I saw an advert for it in yesterday's You Magazine (Mail on Sunday).

The above is the only one that has worked for me.
Oh and O.P.I. Nail Envy is good.
I don't know if i'm scientifically correct in my thoughts but here goes.. I don't think that any of these "strengthening" nail varnishes work as you are painting onto the dead nail and in my own experience, nail varnishes usually dry out your nails even more, causing more splitting/breaking.

I would say that you need to increase the calcium in your diet (i'm not a doctor or dietitian btw, just a hunch) or use a cuticle oil. I'm sure my mum uses a Vitamin E Cuticle Oil from Sally Hansen and her nails have gotten a lot better. I'm not sure where this is available to buy though. I'm sure that there are other good ones on the market.

Hope this helped a bit :) x
Get yourself some of those hair and nail vitamin supplements from health food shops, your nails will be stronger within a few weeks.
Go with OPI. They are very good, I wouldn't use anything else.
The only way I can have nails is by using Bio Sculpture it is fab!!!
I use Sally Hansen and also their cuticle cream which strengthens the nail too.
