It appears to be a kindergarten poem of unknown authorage. Which goes something akin to

Five little leaves so bright and gay,
Were dancing about on a tree one day.
The wind came blowing through the town,
And one little leaf came tumbling down.
[Continue with 4 leaves, then 3, 2, & 1.]

Add whooshing noises at the appropriate times and or show and drop pictures or paper leaves at the appropriate moment and it should knock The Green Eye of the Little Yellow God by J Milton Hayes into a cocked hat.
