Westell 6100 Dsl/broadband Modem Help

I have a Westell DSL modem 6100 .. I use to be able to get to the settings page but now can no longer. My DSL use to be on all the time but for the past year I have to connect it every time I start up the computer to get online. I can't seem to get any help from Westell or Centurylink themselves.. can anyone else help me find a way to have it always connected like it use to be?
