I am starting to write a book, it is fantasy book like the hobbit or lord of the rings etc, so i need names for elves/dwarfs, like balin, bain, theldin fili, kili, that kind of thing

To be honest, you really need to think of your own names if you're attempting to be an author, not much of a creative process if you can't even come up with names!
Why don't you take their major character trait and convert it into Norwegian or Mari?

His arch rival could be Tely Tex.
