I am looking for cheap DVDs of A Town Like Alice and The Shiralee starring Bryan Brown, checked Ebay but can't find The Shiralee and can only find A Town Like Alice in VHS video.
Can anyone help?

Haven't seen the new film, but have you read the book? The Virginia McKenna/Peter Finch film stops half way through the book and thus totally misses the point of why the book is called 'A Town Like Alice'.

Thanks webbo3, just what I was looking for, the film starring Bryan Brown goes on further than the film with Virginia McKenna, more like the book, you should get the Bryan Brown one sddsddean.
