Like you indian, I have also read a few of his books, but I've particularly enjoyed Misery, Firestarter and Rose Madder.

'It' and 'Pet Cemetary' are my particular faves, but I haven't read many. My wife is the fan and she made me read 'It' and insists I read 'The Stand'.
I have read all his books twice :0) And I would defintely recommend "The Stand".  If you're up to it "The dark tower" series is brilliant. I think that "Salem's Lot" is the most scary, but defintely among his best ones. The only one I wouldn't recommend is The "Tommyknockers". The ealier ones tend to be more creepy and bloody than the later ones. If you like his books and would like to read them all, read them in the order he wrote them as a lot of them is connected.
Different Seasons - 4 longish stories, three of which have been filmed -"The Body" (as Stand By Me), "Rita Hayworth & The Shawshank Redemption" (as The Shawshank Redemption), "Apt Pupil" and "The Breathing Method"

Four excellent stories in one book

Andy Hughs and Katktus are right, The Stand is an incredible book - a must read as far as I am concerned!  I also agree with the point made that his earlier books are far more scary than the later ones.

Having said that, I notice that Insomnia hasn't been mentioned - that is well worth a read too.

Totally different to his typical horror genre, but no less gritty, moving or enveloping, are his Dark Tower novels. although they disappoint towards the end, the journey is a highly enjoyable one.
It depends which ones of his you enjoyed most, I alway enjoy his short stories, his latest Full Dark, No Stars is I think one of his best.
