Whilst the Mitford sisters did include a 'Nancy', Craft is correct - Grenfell's maternal aunt was Nancy Astor, nee Langhorne. She and her sister were American. The Mitford sisters, on the other hand, were old English aristocracy, although they did have strong political links.

I'm sure if you wrote to the Devonshires (Deborah Mitford is the Dowager Duchess of Devonshire) and explained, they would find the issue highly amusing and would probably write back and give you a definitive answer. Seriously.

Their family home is Chatsworth House in Derbyshire.

You could type in Nancy Astor Joyce Grenfell into the Goggle search engine and it will tell you that Nancy was her Aunt.
