Ideas on a good Female Business Woman Biography?

Hi,

I'm after a biography of a female business woman. I just need a bit of inspiration really.
I've read a few male biographies - but just really wanted to see the female perspective of GETTING THERE!
If anyone can recommend a couple of books, I'd really appreciate it!
