How could anyone write a novel posthumously?
These have been asked before.

Question Author
these have really stumped me, but hanks for your help
The only Dickens novel with 'ch' is Martin Chuzzlewit. A Christmas carol is a short story.
..and Nicholas Nickleby.
but they weren't written posthumously

perhaps it should read published posthumously, just don;t know

99. Scotched ??
