Butler sink stains

Does anybody know how to remove stains from a butler sink...(white china). I have suddenly developed a spattering of tiny brown stains on the bottom of it. They look like rust stains,( but being china..I sort of doubt it). Can't think what they could be. Have tried all the usual kitchen cleaners & bleach, but nothing shifts them...!!!!.

Not sure if it will work but apparently coke is meant to be good for removing stains! They had an article on This Morning yesterday!

If it's like my sink....nothing will work. It's general wear and tear.
Time to get out the bio, Ummm
I've tried that Mr Button. It doesn't bother me....makes it look a bit rustic.
