Problems!

Many of you contacted us over the weekend as you were experiencing various problems with AB. As you can probably tell we are still experiencing those problems. I promise the Techies are working hard to fix resolve the issue and hopefully we can get back to normal soon!

Just an observation, but this has got to be the worse site in my experience for not working. You have had serious operational problems for months. Everyone else seems to manage to get their sites to functional most of the time. The hope was that the beta on trial would banish poor user experience, but it seems to be just as bad.

I think you will lose a lot of users if you do not get the site to work properly. I enjoy using the Answerbank on the rare times it works at a decent speed, I hope you will resolve the problems.

What's the point in trying to make the site more sophisticated and introducing new features if the technical team aren't up to it!

Would have been better to have left things well alone and got the site running smoothly first.
