Hey guys and gals, I am trying to find any reports of an accident which resulted in a man's death . It happened in Wales late ( 25/26 ) March this year and the person was called Phil Rawlings. He worked for the Forestry Commission in South Wales. He was a friend of a friend and i have searched high and low for any further details to no avail The HSE are involved , at present understandably, so that is maybe why I can't find any news reports anywhere, I am wondering if any of you clever folk can help, with any news in that area

If you have the right name it is odd that The South Wales Echo have no mention of it, there is no mention of a coroners inquest from the local online papers. Most odd.
