What differentiates dinosaurs from other lizards?

1.The pelvis is different; on lizards the legs are splayed out like alligators: dinosaurs have the legs close in.
2.The skin; on lizards always scaley & non-hairy; dinosaur sometimes hairy like Wooly Mammoths.
3.Dinosaurs have teeth, lizards do not.
4.Dinosaurs sometimes have horns/tusks, lizards do not.
5.Dinosaurs could live in colder climates, lizards cannot.
6.Size .........limitations
8.Diet; although some lizards eat fruit, they cannot eat fibrous material that the dinosaurs could cope with.
