I'v felt light headed before but never had breathing problems. I did all the basic checks, temperature, blood oxygen levels, blood pressure and blood glucose. My blood pressure is always through the roof, usually 120/140. The doctor at the hospital has mentioned on more than one occasion that I need to be medicated for my high BP but never actually do anything about it. They just blame my anxiety. My heart rate never seems to drop below 100, even at resting. I should fight harder to have them look into why this is but I honestly can't deal with it mentally, I just ignore it.
