Grated Carrot & Salmon Roulade

Just tuned in to a Mary Berry at Home programme which featured a roulade made from grated carrot and filled with smoke salmon. I was too late to see the recipe and method and an internet search has proved unsuccessful...except to try and sell me a cookery book!!
Does anyone have this recipe or can point me in the right direction.

if they were the shows on at lunch today, they are repeated at 6pm tonight (or 7 on +1)

I have great respect for Mary Berry but that does not sound like a recipe that should be repeated in public :-(
