Just seen this Tilly, thanks for posting. Hope they manage to stay put for the night. I shall have a look in the morning.

One there now, ladybirder.
Just been watching Tilly. Fantastic close ups. Such stunning birds. Have sent the link to a couple of friends to enjoy. Nice sunshine in Nottingham:-)
Question Author
Just logged on again, fantastic close up at the moment.
Is there just the one, that's all I've seen and I've been popping in and out during today?
Question Author
No, there are two. The female was checking out the nest earlier.
That'll be tomorrow taken care of then.
Question Author
For me too, LB. A nice way to spend the day though.
Not managing to get the pictures this morning Tilly, are you?
Question Author
The cameras are working now, LB but you can't see anything. Too much rain.
Question Author
Both on view at the moment.
When will there be some eggs, Yilly ?.
I like to watch the Osprey at the Loch of Lowes.
Question Author
I don't know, Yont but there is a hollow in the shale. I don't think it will be too long.
Question Author
So do I Jeza and the Dyfi ospreys in Wales. They are not around at the moment though. Still in Africa, enjoying the sunshine.
Right, Yilly, not to long then.
I have been watching a pair of Magpies going in and out of a nest thats in a tree opposite our house ( nest is three years old ), so it looks like spring is about to be sprung !.
Question Author
Are you becoming a bird watcher then, Yont?
Inadvertently I suppose, Yilly. In front of our house there are acres of green open space with plenty of trees.
Question Author
How lovely, Yont. You'll be buying binoculars next!
Or telescopic sights lol, no need for me to buy any, Yilly, I've had a pair of binoculars for a few years now.
