Yes, mine does too! Look at 'wheaten bath' on Youtube to see some wheatens do it (none of which are mine!).

wheaten
It might be some form of irritant causing a mild allergic reaction.

My dog was doing this to a far greater degree a few weeks ago, and just a few minutes later, his head had ballooned and he had to be rushed to the vets. Keep your eye on him, just in case.
My male terrier does it a lot. When he comes in from a walk and has got wet he does it more. Sometimes he even stays in that position with his head on the floor and bum in the air. Really funny. looks very uncomfortable too.
Yeah my dog does this too after he's been washed and when he gets wet in the rain, don't think it's anything to worry about
There was a dog on You've Been Framed who was in the bath, full of soap suds, he ran out into the muddy yard and put his face straight in the mud. He was a white dog, black with mud . So funny. So probably nothing to worry about !
That's interesting, because just before Alfie's face blew up, he stuck his face in a pile of mud and then tried to bury his head in his water bowl. Sounds like he's intolerant or allergic to the ingredients in certain products you are using. Allergies don't always manifest themselves visibly to us, but that doesn't mean to say they don't feel irritated. Be careful - Alfie ended up at the vets on a drip, and that was just from bog standard pollen allergy. x
When you shampoo your dog, pleeeease keep their eyes clear of the shampoo, it could really really sting them. Bless.
