Is the cat just trying to get the dog out of the way for the dog's own protection, do you think? They seem friendly enough otherwise - the dog doesn't seem to mind, and the cat doesn't seem aggressive once it gets off the Roomba.

oh, I see the UK came last. I didn't watch the programme, I think it's all gone downhill since Puppet on a String. I not only remember Sandie Shaw singing that, I remember her auditioning different songs on the Rolf Harris show - she made a mess of PoaS, missed the intro, so she stopped a few seconds in and started it over again; and they didn't cut it out, which was nice.

still no flooding, neti (though that's the far end of the garden, not the lake district), but the rain yesterday didn't amount to much so I am still awaiting a real test. Then again, perhaps even yesterday's rain would formerly have flooded the lawn, it's hard to be sure.
It's a real spring garden, something in blossom all the time. Not my work, it was that way when we moved in - the only thing in the photo that I've planted is the robinia.

I have woken up this morning with red lumps scattered over my face, head and neck. Either mozzy bites or a rash. have taken an antihistamine so we will see.

Well I've been sat sitting with my camera waiting to snap the blackbirds who come to the windowsill for raisins but they're obviously on to me & just swoop in, grab one or two & whoosh away. I'm pleased to see the dads are doing all the baby feeding. I s'pect the mums are down the spa having their feathers streaked & their nails done.
It'll be all this hippy make-up making me too noticeable, I'll have to learn to be invisible again...

Oh gosh it's turned really hot here now, and I went out in three-quarter leggings! yes and a knee lenth kaftan type thingy (no sparkles on it) and my new glad, sandals, looked Ok (I think) Have eaten nachos and breaded mushrooms for lunch as didn´t fancy a full dinner. Off to brave the elements, well thehot ones at least for half hour tan top up!! Still no pool as Mr N is being very lax!!

Vin I thought the footie was a bit naff. I don't think we stand much chance in the World cup maybe the quarter finals. But then what do I know!! let's hope I have to eat my words. I will still be watching even so.
