Take it to the vets as soon as possible. These are the symptoms our dog showed when he died of parvo-virus.

But what should we feed her.
NOTHING! Just water and VET (not to eat, to visit!)

How long has she been off her food, and how long has she been being sick with diahroah? If more than 48 hours, or less if she is lethargic, I would take her to the vets asap.
she wont want to eat - as she is obviously feeling really poorly.
Get her to the vets... it wont hurt to have her checked out!
it could be something serious.... how old is she? Could she have swallowed a toy or anything??
She could have a blockage somewhere

She's stopped being sick ect but she is eating some stuff now . . . she doesn't realy play with toys except balls (which we only take over the fields or beach so it won't be that . . . she is a bit lathargic but thats probably because she has no energy because shes not eating enough.
Has the dog been seen by a vet yet?
If not then it needs to be seen soon.
Meanwhile feed it on boiled rice mixed with raw egg and half a teaspoon of olive oil...allow to cool before feeding it to the dog obviously......that is what my vet told me to feed my puppy many years ago when he was suffering the runs.
