No, take the kitten to the vet.

If it's eyes seem to be opening that early, chances are very good that the kitten has a severe upper respiratory infection.  Left untreated, the infection will eventually kill the kitten.  The virus causing the infection would be the feline herpesvirus.  It is very common in kittens, highly contagious to other cats, and causes conjunctivitis of the eye.

I have seen kittens with untreated feline herpevirus infections that have gotten so bad that their eyes prolasped out of their skulls and needed to be removed, so you see the urgency in this situation.  Pressure buildup from severe conjunctivitis caused by an upper respiratory infection would cause the eyes or eye to appear to open prematurely - and this is the first stage of the eye prolapsing (or protruding).

Please get this kitten to a vet as soon as possible.
