My cavalier king charles spaniel is 5 years old in August and has had a limp for about a month . There was no injury i can think of and the leg looks and feels ok .He is in no obvious pain . He seems worse when hes been asleep or laying still but once hes moving about dosnt limp that much could this be arthritus he seems young to get that and can anyone recomend any advise cheers from me and chester!

It could be arthritis , but I would take Chester to the vets and get him checked over. Hope he is soon back to normal and it's nothing serious.g.
my sisters dog was like this she got run over she was on a lead of corse but it snapped my sister took her to the vets as she was limping realy bad but they said luckly she only had a sprained paw but she played on it even for a couple of years 1min se was limping on the left one the next she was limping on the right lol my sister was always taking her to the vets but they found nothing wrong with her lol
