2 female rabbits mounting and chasing

i have two female rabbits 12 weeks old, sooty and sweep . sooty keeps mounting sweep and then sweep chases sooty around the house. i also think sweep has been pulling sooty's fur out but cant be sure, neither have been spayed yet as they are too young, do i need to worry that they will fight or is this normal,

That happened to my friends rabbits Honey and Gerri and after a few months when they were cleanng out the hutch they found a nest of baby rabbits (but #gerri ate them) so they double checked the sex of them and Honey turned out to be a boii so you may wanna double check they are both girls.
