how far can you have a three dogs in kennals away from neighbours.

Err... it is a bit like asking how long a piece of string is.

It all depends on how big the dogs are and if they are habitual barkers, as some are.
It would make sense to contact your local council and ask them, and also for a pamphlet on by-laws on dogs in your particular area. Maybe you are not even allowed three dogs where you live.

It is no use doing this without consideration to the by-laws as if they annoy the neighbour you're gonna be in trouble anyway. Best to do this properly and be safe. I would have to see the dogs get abused because the owner didn't do their homework.
I got the impression from the heading that this was a question
about someone being disturbed by noisy dogs, and asking if their was a law saying how close you could keep dogs kennelled to neighbours, so they could complain. If so, it is not the number of dogs or the fact they are kennelled, but the level of disturbance which the barking causes and that is a matter for the environmental health department of the local council.
