Moving a boiler

Our spare room, was once the kitchen so the boiler is located in there. i would like to move it to the kitchen. Anybody had experince of this? What are pros and cons?

yes you do need an external wall.I assume that it's gas,so get the daylight robbers to quote sorry i mean the corgi gas people in.
