Sorry I had a few days away for once over Xmas, so did not have chance to thank you for your replies. The idea of a ball on a rope is excellent and cheap, I'm going to get one in the morning, and anchor the rope under a large brick. This should stop my smallest!!! pony rolling it into the corner and over the edge.
