Toxoplasma

I was wondering if anyone would be able to try and explain to me the symtoms of Toxoplasma in dogs.
i have tried looking on the net and it's not too helpful.

I have only picked this up on the net.......inflamation of the eyes. Vomiting. Diarrhea. Seizures(fits) Stiffness when walking.Coughing.
