its in the wrong section sorry
i think we guessed ...:-)
Try putting this question in the law section You could also try trading standards as they made false claims when they sold you the pup Trading standards may then prosecute them and stop them doing the same thing to other buys Also is the dog Kennel Club Registered because I am sure they would be interested in these people.

hi i contacted the tradeing standards and there is nothing they can do and he is pedigee and kc registered i phoned them to and there is nothing they can do either so i am at a lose end
Even if the parents were hip scored this is no guarantee that the pups would have good hips, so I think you'll have a hard time in court. Also I recently saw a similar case and the owner was awarded no money (all she was asking for was the initial pay out too no vet fees) unless she also gave the dog back as this is what the money was paying for!
So feel for you, I am fighting big time with my breeder with regards to my dog, again very similar story to yours.

I have set up a forum, where people like us can rant and rave about there breeders

I think it is disgusting that breeding like this is allowed and especially accepted by the KC

The Kennel Club can do something, have you spoken with the health and environmental team
