You have your kitchen tiled and it looks lovely, really lovely......then the next day you have it grouted and you wonder where your mind was when you chose the colour of the grout......and...unusually for me....you stand in your kitchen saying......****.....****.....****.....*****

Anyway.....it's going to be a pain, I think, removing this grout....or is it easy enough?

But I'm sure I can re-grout it....in a much more pleasing shade...... :-)

But not tonight....the wine is open early......and if I knew a neighbour who smoked I visit....x

Would that lighten Limestone grout to a paler or even ivory colour, Tuvok?

You might be able to get different colour pens.

Depending on the area, you might need more than one pen.

Don't mind how many pens, Tuvok......just have to be rid of this!

Pixie....I want to change limestone to a much lighter colour....this is not drying as pale as the sample....
I've seen a product when I was looking at pens....it's Universal Grout Rescue......looks simple enough but I guess I need to speak to them first to make sure I can go from dark to light.....

I can see me gouging it all out and re-grouting to get it nice though.......:-(

I just went over mine with white pens. You can get them from Amazon, although I can't seem to do the link. Worth a try anyway xx

Also have kitchen woes, but ours are a bit bigger. Undiscovered leak under floor means a whole new floor. :( Men arriving next Wed to take out all units (include cookers) and I have to empty the whole lot. Buy a few pens and sup up. I shan't be able to cook for days so it will (sadly) have to be liquid refreshment!

The really annoying thing is.....the long run of wall looks lovely....but the sides by the window where the light doesn't hit look horrid....like a public loo that's due a makeover......
