I might be getting something wrong here, but wouldn't the success of one company, come at the expense of the other ?

aelmpvw....could be I suppose ! But the two companies would seem to have different aims.
LOL........morning mikey..........
A win /win situation for them. Not only do they sell to both those who do and to those who don't want kids, if they fail at the first hurdle they gain again at the second.
I don't think so, Mikey. They want to sell baby milk in China and condoms elsewhere.

Morning Sqad !

I know Jo....I just posted this for a bit of fun !

There used to be a factory near me, that was owned and run by the London Rubber Company. They only ever made rubber gloves but the poor people that worked there were subject to the worst kind of ribaldry !
Given the population of China maybe they should consider selling both there.
Yes, mikey. I thought after I'd posted that it might be in jest. :)
Poor kid in the rubber factory.
OG, you might want to brush up on your Chinese birth control knowledge:

It's called vertical integration.....
mikey...this will almost certainly be removed but you may well read it before so. It is all about Durex for which your thread has reminded me.
Just a story.....the reminiscences of an old man.
Every Saturday a mate and myself on a Saturday morning would be 3 Durex condoms for the weekend..2 shillings and ninepence for three in a mauve packet......and then we would precede to the Teachers Training college in London to meet our girl friends.
On this occasion, at the shop, we were offered a new type called Supertrans...ultra thin and lubricated...BUT was 2shillings ans ninepence for one...ONE!
We decided to give it a go and when the time came, as i slipped it on, the feeling was SUPERB and i couldn't contain myself and the girl at that very moment was superfluous......;-)
I never wasted 2 shillings and ninepence again and returned to the 3 in a packet. That was 1956 and your thread brought it back to me.
Lol, sqad. What a waste! :)
Cloverjo....yes, that would be about 12p after-decimalisation.....that followed by fish chips and peas later.......made ir an expensive Saturday..............and not always worth it.

lol Sqad !
There's got to be a pun about 'milt' and 'milk' there somewhere....
Question Author
Sqad.....my experience was a little different to yours I suspect.

Every lad when I was young, used to carry a Durex around in his wallet. But lacking your obvious superior charms with the ladies, I always had to keep checking the sell-by date on mine.
mikey......LOL....."sell buy?"......shouldn't it be "used buy?" ;-)
Certainly no 'johnny-come-latelys' ;-)
