According to our Local Weather Cutie today was going to be dreadful, wind, rain the full works.
The last 3 hours or so here in N/Kent have been Blue Skies, Brilliant Sunshine and just a bit of Wind, but nothing serious, all the windows open, Dog asleep on patio, it's lovely.

Hope you're all doing as well.

i've heard a weatherman recently talking about 'lumps of rain', doesn't sound very technical does it?

Well she was in the wrong region - we've got her weather here in Bedfordshire!
Sunshine here in Manchester too at the moment! Had some torrential rain last night and was quite windy but more breezy at the moment.

Meant to be heavy rain here "Squally, showery rain will soon clear eastwards, then a generally windy and unsettled day, with sunny spells and blustery showers, heavy with hail and thunder. Feeling much colder than of late, with gales in places".

Looks like it might turn for the worse though!
A fair bit of rain about.

I heard the outside broadcaster in Scotland this morning stating that

"the waves were 40 feet high, thats the hight of a double decker bus"

I'm just across the river to you in the Essex flatlands and have got similar weather to you. Just came in from my daily 10mile bike ride for exercise. Once I've had a cool down, I shall be out in the garden raking leaves.

Slightly windy and just a few clouds appearing now.
Slackalice, let's hope the flatulence blows the clouds away :-)
looks like there is rain on the way. Here too. As usual the Scots seem to get it worst.
